About Arisen – This is a great prog rock album written by keyboardist Mike Florio. Working with Mike was a super-positive experience. He’s a highly accomplished keyboardist and composer who is also an excellent project leader.

I played all the guitars on this album… Nylon string classical, and electric rhythm and lead guitars.

Mike recognized my style and abilities, and gave me plenty of space to compose my own parts in his songs. I really liked working within the framework of well-written material… it gave me focus and boundaries. The freedom to then add in my own parts was creatively fulfilling. When time was tight, Mike served as a great director and was able to guide me to playing things that expressed my talents as well as brought his vision to life.

Mike had previously granted me permission to use select tracks for personal and project promotion, so I posted some highlights here. Some support is always nice, too.
